Swaybody Fitness

If you want to lose weight, get healthy and/ or get lean, you are in the right direction. Swaybody offers a variety of classes comprised of motivation, safety, good form and fun! I offer a variety of classes in which the routines change every week and most importantly, will keep you motivated! Going to the gym, joining bootcamp classes, or just walking into a gym can be a little confusing and, for some, intimidating. I make sure that all my clientele are comfortable, attentive, and most importantly, acquainted with everyone in the class. No one is left out. I make sure everyone receives a good workout!  See below for more details.
