 Swaybody Fitness applies Pilates and Dance as an overall fitness workout. Its making fitness fun and challenging by introducing  Pilates and Dance as an overall Fitness workout  that will target the entire body.  Core Strength, Flexibility and Stretch , Balance, Defines and Tones the Body, Burn Fat, and Cardio.   Classes are limited up to 10-15 members per class.  Classes are small for the instructor to concentrate and focus on the students needs, motivate, and challenge each individual.
