What is Pilates exercise?

Pilates exercise is a form of isometric exercise developed and practiced to simultaneously stretch, strengthen, tone, and align the body, while eliminating excess tension and strain on the joints. Pilates-style workouts have been used by dancers and athletes for decades.


Pilates exercise is designed to:

  • improve posture, balance, and coordination
  • Build strength without “bulking up”
  • Increase flexibility and agility
  • Develop optimal core control
  • Create flat abdominals, slender thighs and a strong back
  • Provide a refreshing mind-body workout

 

The following services are offered to help you commit to reach your goals in weight lose, tone up, increase endurance and strength.

Private Lessons in the following areas:

  • Pilates mat, equipment (reformer, cadillac, and tower)
  • Personal Training - strength and endurance

Price

  • One single session $65.00 hr
  • 4 sessions 55.00hr
  • Duo (two individuals) single session $45hr per person
  • Duo 4 sessions or more $35.00hr per person
  • Group (3 or more individuals) $25.00 hr per person
